Grand Master Anthony Plant.
He is a multiple award winner in judo, jiu jitsu & mixed martial. With 60 years’ experience in martial arts, 5 years working on night club doors and 30 years working in radiology & Oncology.
He is also the owner of “The Kyu Shin Ryu”. Chairman of the British Institute of martial arts. Founder of Cobham and Chertsey Choi Kwang Do.

Mamas Lil’ Dragons programme is an age specific martial arts programme catering to children ages 3-7 year old. Lil’ Dragons is more than just martial arts, it is an incorporation of life and safety skills, making it one of the most elite children’s martial arts programmes in the world. This programme trains children to be good upstanding citizens and gives them an excellent foundation for a lifetime. It includes units in safety and life skills, which develops them socially, emotionally, physically, and stretched them intellectually.
